SWA will be showing at City Hall on the first floor during the month of October. Artists may enter 1 to 3 pieces for this juried show. The price for entry will be $20 per piece. Remember that parking will be metered as you come to deliver your artwork. I hope the following schedule will help you prepare.

Delivery of Artwork: Monday, October 2nd. 10:00 am - 1:00 pm at City Hall.
Judging will begin after entries have been processed. Prizes will be presented at the end of the show.

Reception: During ArtHop on Thursday, October 5th 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm at City Hall

Pick up of the Artwork: Friday, October 27th 10:00 am - 12:00 pm at City Hall

If artists are unable to deliver or pick up their artwork on the scheduled dates, please contact Jesus. Arrangements can be made prior to the assigned dates for this exhibition. We want to be sure everyone has an opportunity participate.
